All of the flavor, none of the gluten!

My story starts with my own search for gluten-free desserts following a health diagnosis that called for a gluten-free diet back in 2022. I spent quite some time trying different commercially available products but selection was scarce and I found that overwhelmingly, the flavor and consistency were not great.

I know the struggle that comes with finding desserts that taste just as yummy as their gluten containing counterparts, so I’ve made it my mission to create desserts that are delicious and safe for all of my gluten sensitive friends out there.
